Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a DC/AC converter having a large capacity by using a switching element having high withstand voltage.large capacity.
CONSTITUTION: The DC/AC converter comprises a main circuit 2 having main switching elements 31a, 31b of the same polarity, a main transformer 7 and delay circuits 30a, 30b, and a driving circuit 1 having a drive transformer 3, a pair of complementary transistor pair 21a, 21b to be alternately turned ON, a pair of complementary transistor pair 19a, 19b for turning OFF the pair 21a, 21b, and a single time constant circuit for deciding an oscillating frequency.
