Title:
DIGITAL/ANALOG CONVERTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6029051
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To add hold output of the 1st capacitor to that of the 2nd capacitor, and to decrease in output distortion due to capacity difference of capacitors by adding the 2nd capacitor charge/discharge switches to the circuit holding charge of this capacitor.

CONSTITUTION: The digital input A is inputted into a control circuit 10 of a D/A converter, the 1st and 2nd switch elements 1 and 6 are controlled with the circuit 10, and the primary and secondary capacitors C1 and C2 are charged with reference voltages +V respectively. Control the 1st and 2nd switch elements 3 and 7 are controlled with the circuit 10, and charges of the 1st and 2nd capacitors C1 and C2 are held in the 1st and 2nd sample holding circuit 4 and 8. Charging and discharging to capacitors C1 and C2 are performed alternately by control of the switch element 2 every bit of the signal A. The adder 9 adds output of the circuit 4 to that of the circuit 8, and an analog signal is outputted by decreasing in influence on capacity difference between the capacitors C1 and C2.
