Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a DC/DC converter by regenerating a surge energy through a transformer provided to stabilize the operation to a power source side, thereby reducing power consumption of the power source. CONSTITUTION:A transformer T2 is provided, one winding is connected through a capacitor C1 between the collector and the emitter of a transistor TR1, and the other winding is connected through a diode D2 with both ends of an input DC power source V1 to regenerate the power. The transformer winding connected between the collector and the emitter of the transistor TR1 through the capacitor C1 absorbs a surge voltage when the transistor TR1 is turned OFF, and suppress the vibrating energy at light load time.
