PURPOSE: To increase operability by constituting so as to engage a transfer rod with a moving axis and to convert the position of a head by tilting the head at the angle within 90° for the progressing direction of the moving axis by the magnet couple method of the head part consisting of the magnetic material of the moving axis and the magnet of the head part in accordance with the rotating operation of the moving axis.

CONSTITUTION: When a moving axis 21 is rotated 180° to either one part so that the column 29 of the moving axis 21 and the magnet 31 of a head 23 become at the lower face side, the head 23 is tilted to the lower part with the axis 26 of an engaging mechanism 22 as the fulcrum by the action of the gravity, the magnet 31 of the head 23 is brought into contact with the head part 30 consisting of the magnetic material fitted to the column 29 of the moving axis 21 and the head 23 is fixed in the state of being title at 90° angle by being attracted by the magnetic force. Then, when the moving axis 21 is rotated by 180° to either one part so that the column 29 of the moving axis 21 and the magnet 31 of the head 23 become at the upper face side, the head 23 is held at erecting position because of its being fixed by being attracted by the magnetic head part 30 and the magnetic force of the magnet 31 to the moving axis 21.
