PURPOSE: To facilitate the lateral extraction of a work by providing a circular wedge element turnably and slidably to a pin provided in parallel with a hanger main body and forming a holding part by push-pressing to the fixed holding surface of the hanger main body by a spring, in the titled device of a clothing production process.

CONSTITUTION: A hanger device 10 has a hanger main body 20 and a straight pin 36 supported to the top part 26 of the hanger body 20. A circular wedge element 44 is installed to the lower free end 40 of the straight pin 36 so as to enable the slide along the longitudinal direction axis 60 of the pin 36 and the turning around the axis and also energized downward by a spring 74. The conic angle of the conic outer holding surface 54 of the circular wedge element 44 is matched with the slant angle B of the fixed holding surface 58 formed on the hanger main body 20. In this constitution, a work can be held between the holding surfaces 54, 58 easily by the push up of the circular wedge element 44 and also facilitated its lateral extraction by the turning of the circular wedge element 44.
