Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attach brackets or equip brackets in a line to a main body frame correctly and easily, by providing protrusions for positioning, which are inserted into the dovetail groove parts of the frame, in the brackets of a guide device and besides inserting and fitting the side end part to the adjacent side freely.
CONSTITUTION: A guide device 40 consists of wheel bodies 60, 61 which are supported rotation-freely by a bracket 41 equipped in a main body frame 10 and besides support the guided part 36 of an endless belt 35 from both of above and below sides. When the brackets 41 are arranged at the fixed positions of the main body frame 10, in the condition that positioning has been achieved by fitting the positioning protrusions 52 into the upper and lower dovetail groove parts 14, 16 of the frame 10, the bolts 55 are screwed into the nuts 13, 15 in both dovetail groove parts 14, 16 and fixed rigidly. When equipping the next bracket 41 in line with the said bracket 41, the bolts are screwed loosely and slid, and the recessed part 47 for outer fitting and the inner fitting part 48 are closely inserted each other in the carrying direction between both of brackets 41. Thus, the next bracket 41 is positioned and fixed.
