Abstract:
To provide a conveying device which is positioned at a high speed and moves a minute distance stably at a high speed.
This conveyer for conveying the object 5 to be conveyed by the action of an arm member 1 of a multi-articular robot is provided with a linear guide 4 for controlling the movement of the object 5 and the member 1 to be connected to the guide 4. The guide 4 guides the connected part 2 of the member 1 to the guide 4 to the direction different from the conveying direction of the object 5.
