Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an unloading mechanism which can facilitate unloading of loads without being protruded to a floor surface by installing an unloading mechanism and a height raising base on the floor surface of a conveying device.
CONSTITUTION: An unloading mechanism 20 which is supported so as to travel toward the delivery side of an elevator 10 for unloading materials smoothly is installed on the floor surface 10a of the elevator 10. Besides, a height raising base 30 which is flush with the upper surface of the unloading mechanism 20 is installed on the floor surface of the elevator 10 around the unloading mechanism 20. Therefore, when the unloading mechanism 20 is not used, the upper surface of the unloading mechanism 20 and the upper surface of the height raising base 30 are flush with each other, and the floor 10a of the elevator 10 becomes flat without any projections, so there are not dangers such as a person's stumbling on the unloading mechanism 20 while he is getting on/off the elevator. Besides, it is possible to facilitate the unloading of small loads without interference of the unloading mechanism 20 when the loads are unloaded manually.
