To improve workability and working efficiency, and to integrate a device in a conveying device for meat processing by a conveyer-line method.
The conveying device for meat processing comprises a pallet P which carries the meat, a sending conveyer 20 which conveys the pallet P and the like. The pallet P is acted as a chopping board being freely removably laid on the sending conveyor 20 and performing processing operation. The sending conveyor 20 is made to be a free flow-type roller conveyer so as to pile up the pallet P to an operating position to a timing of request. The conveying device includes a stopper 81 which appears frequently from a conveyance surface of a roller 22, and an operation switch 83 which suitably actuates the stopper 81. Thus, operator's responsibilities are alleviated without requiring moving of meat, each operator's specialization can be performed easily, and working efficiency is improved. Further, cleaning can be performed easily, and sanitary regimen becomes easy.
