Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely move a movable member always in an noncontact condition, by opposing an armature attached to the lower surface of the movable member, to a stator with no intermadiry therebetween, and by floating up and centering the movable member with the use of air. CONSTITUTION:A movable member 3 is reciprocated through a box-like duct 1 by means of a linear motor 8 composed of a stator 9 and a secondary conductor 10. Further during running of the movable member 3 air from floating air jet ports 14 is received by the receiving surface 4a of a float-up plate 4 through which the movable member 3 and a cargo bed 7 are floated up. Further, air jetted from centering air jet ports 15 is received by centering air receiving surfaces 5a which are both side surfaces of a longitudinal member 5 through which the movable member 3 is centered. Thereafter a part of air flows along the lower surface of a ceiling 1c and through a slit 2 and a guide section 1d, decsending the box-like duct 1, and the remaining part of air flows through a passage 13 and a communication hole 17. and is sucked and discharged into a suction duct 16.
