PURPOSE: To facilitate loading and unloading by liftably supporting a cargo on one end side of an arm, and lifting or lowering the cargo against one end side of the arm at the time of loading or unloading.
CONSTITUTION: A cargo loading section 1105 for loading a cargo 9 is provided on one end 1137 side of an arm 1103, and a balance weight 1109 is provided on the other end 1165 side of the arm 1103 movably in the longitudinal direction of the arm 1103. The balance weight 1109 is moved by a winch 1111 to balance one end 1137 and the other end 1165 of the arm 1103. The arm 1103 is lifted or lowered by a crane 1101, and a cargo 9 is conveyed between the ground and the floor 5 of a building l where the cargo 9 is to be carried in or out. When the cargo 9 is to be loaded/unloaded on the cargo loading section 1105 on the ground or the floor 5, the cargo loading section 1105 id lowered and landed by a winch 1112. The cargo 9 can be easily and safely carried in or out.
