CONSTITUTION: A wheeled leg frame 22 with the legs thereof opened in the inverted V-shape is fitted to the lower part of a pallet base through an elevating means so that the pallet base 10 can be elevated in relation to the leg frame 22. The leg frame 22 can be held to the set angle by an inclination fixing means 30 while being pivotally fixed in the oscillating state to an elevating jig 20. The pallet base 10 is provided with a slide frame 32 having height adjustable support legs and going in/out parallel to the base face. A stepped part is raised by the sliding drive of the slide frame 32 and pallet base 10 and with the repetition of elevating the pallet base 10 by an elevating cylinder 16.
