To provide a conveyor apparatus in which the engagement and disengagement of roller bodies with and from synchronous motors can be easily performed with excellent working efficiency.
The roller bodies 33 are disposed rotatably through a roller shaft 34 between a pair of conveyor frames 36. The roller bodies are arranged parallel with each other in the conveying direction B. The synchronous motors 38 are mounted on the roller shafts 34, respectively. The motor shafts 39 of the motors are connected to the roller shafts 34 through plug engagement coupling bodies 41 fitted to the ends of the roller shafts 4. To mount the synchronous motors on the roller shafts, the coupling bodies are fitted to the ends of the roller shafts by plugging, and the motor shafts are fitted into the coupling bodies by plugging. To separate the roller shafts from the motor shafts, the motor shafts are removed from the coupling bodies, and the coupling bodies are extracted from the roller shafts. Consequently, the engagement and disengagement of the roller bodies with and from the synchronous motors can be easily performed with excellent working efficiency by plugging and extraction.
