Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the packaging of noodle under a rounded bundle condition by a method wherein a hanging bar protruding from a claw conveyor is pinched and set at a diagonally ahead location of an aligning conveyor, and a hanging bar removing conveyor which moves while synchronizing with the claw conveyor so that the hanging bar may be pulled out in the approx. orthogonal direction to the advancing direction of the claw conveyor is provided.
CONSTITUTION: A claw conveyor 2, which approaches a hanging bar slope 1 and catches noodle hung at the tip of the bar one by one with a specified interval, is provided, and an aligning conveyor 3 consisting of a flat belt conveyor for noodles, which moves synchronizing with the claw conveyor 2, is provided in parallel with the claw conveyor, in the same direction. Then, a hanging bar 4 protruding from the claw conveyor 2 is pinched and set at a diagonally ahead location of the aligning conveyor 3. Also, a hanging bar removing conveyor which moves synchronizing with the claw conveyor 2 so that the hanging bar 4 may be pulled out in the approx. orthogonal direction to the advancing direction of the claw conveyor 2, is provided. By this method, the bar of a noodle hung on the bar can be removed, and the noodle can be packaged under a rounded bundle condition and formed into a product automatically.
