Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save an installation space of a conveyer, and to provide a driving mechanism capable of eliminating the trouble caused by driving a belt of the conveyor for carrying a flat plate-like material to be carried.
SOLUTION: In this conveyor, flat surface rollers 1 are provided in a conveyor main body (a) so as to form a carrying flat surface a3, and the conveyor main body (a) is supported so that the carrying flat surface a3 is inclined, and each lower edge roller 2 and each flat surface roller 1 is driven for rotation by a driving mechanism (b). The driving mechanism is formed of a driving magnetic wheel 5 and multiple driven magnetic wheels arranged along the driving magnetic wheel 5, and the driven magnetic wheels are provided in the each flat surface roller 1 and each lower edge roller 2, and these driven magnetic wheels are made to cross each other near the driving magnetic wheel 5, and an N-pole area and an S-pole area are spirally provided in the peripheral surface of the driving magnetic wheel 5. An N-pole area and an S-pole area of a permanent magnet are thereby alternately provided along the peripheral surface of each driven magnetic wheel.
