Abstract:
To provide a cooking device that can complete, in a compact device, a process from impregnating food materials with seasoning liquids to baking the food materials under a low-pressure state, and that has an easy separation feature to keep the device clean, and also to provide a method of controlling the cooking device.SOLUTION: Provided is a cooking device for cooking food materials, comprising: a container 4 stored inside an outer box that is formed in a box shape by rotatably connecting a lid and a lower cover lid; a tray 6 which is stored in the container, and on which food is placed; lifting means for lifting and lowering the tray; and a heater attached to the lid and/or the lower cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
