To provide high reliability for a protective device, to improve workability in assembly, and to prevent trouble such as disconnection of a lead wire in assembly from occurring, in relation to a structure for detecting the temperature of a magnetron.
A temperature detection element 21 is mounted to a temperature detection element mounting plate 22 excelling in thermal conductivity, and the temperature detection element mounting plate 22 is brought into contact with and mounted to an anode of a magnetron 9. Thereby, the temperature detection element 21 detects the temperature of the anode significantly generating heat within the magnetron 9. As for the mounting, the temperature detection element 21 can be mounted to the magnetron 9 in a subsequent process.
