Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve shortening of cooking time and reduction in power consumption with easy maintenance, in a heating cooker for heating and cooking an object to be heated from an upper surface and a lower surface.SOLUTION: When heating a placing plate 14 with microwaves, a division shape of upper surface heating means 19 is set in accordance with a region which becomes high temperature, and heating by heating elements 18a, 18b of the divided upper surface heating means 19 and heating of the placement plate 14 with the microwaves are performed simultaneously. Thus, an object to be heated 7 placed in the region which becomes high temperature of the placement plate 14 is heated from the upper side and the lower side intensively, so that heat efficiency is good, and heating cooking in a short time becomes possible. Also, as the upper surface heating means 19 is constituted to heat a heating chamber upper surface 20, the heating elements 18a, 18b are not exposed in a heating chamber 2, and even when fouling is attached to an upper inner surface of the heating chamber 2, it can be wiped off easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
