Abstract:
To avoid the excessive rise of the inner pressure of a cooking chamber when executing a cleaning program of a heating cooker.SOLUTION: In a heating cooker 10, a control device 60 has a cleaning program for injecting cleaning water sent from a cleaning water passage by operating a pump 42 from a cleaning nozzle 40, heating the injected cleaning water by a convective hot wind by operating a heater 25 and a convective fan 26, and scattering the cleaning water in the cooking chamber 20, sending out the scattered cleaning water to the cleaning nozzle 40 once again through the cleaning water passage from a drain port 20d, and cleaning the inside of the cooking chamber 20 by high-temperature cleaning water which circulates in the cooking chamber. The heating cooker comprises a decompression pipe 50 as inner-pressure rise suppression means for suppressing a rise of the inner pressure of the cooking chamber 20 when executing the cleaning program.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
