PURPOSE: To prevent troubles of a cold storage device by stopping a current to the cold storage device at the time of starting the operation of a heater, and restarting the current to the cold storage device after a predetermined period of time is elapsed from the time of stop of the supply of the current.
CONSTITUTION: When a microwave oven is used, a shaft 24 is rotated clockwise by a knob 25 to set a heating time at a timer 21. In this case, the operation piece 27 of a microswitch 26 is pressed by the rotation of a cam 29 to be switched to interrupt a current to a cold storage device 2 and to conduct a timer motor 22. Thus, the contact 23 of the timer 21 is closed to supply a current to a heat source 31, thereby starting heating. When a predetermined time is elapsed after the set heating time is passed and the heating is finished, the cam 29 is rotated to a position where the operation piece 27 protrudes into a recess 28, the microswitch 26 is switched to restart supplying of a current to the compressor 3, etc. of the cold storage device 2. Even if the heating is early finished, the conduction is not restarted during a predetermined period of time from when the supply of the current to the cold storage device 2 is interrupted. Accordingly, a trouble such as the overload of the compressor 3 can be suppressed.
