PURPOSE: To accomplish successful cooking by a method wherein temperature difference between an expected temperature and actual temperature of heated food can be minimized by improvement in an electric circuit around a temperature sensor in a signal voltage generator for a cooking apparatus with a control circuit into which a microcomputer is integrated.
CONSTITUTION: The control circuit for a cooking apparatus consists of a microcomputer 9 operated on a Dc power supply 8, a reference voltage generator 10, a signal voltage comparator 11 and a signal voltage generator 12. The signal voltage generator 12 generates signal voltages which correspond to temperatures on the basis of output signals of a temperature sensor 3 respectively to input them into the comparator 11. The comparator 11 compares output of the signal voltage generator 12 with that of the reference voltage generator 10 to control a heater on the basis of result of the comparison through the microcomputer 9. In this circuit, resistors 19, 20 are connected in series with the temperature sensor 3, and a signal output line to the signal voltage comparator 11 is connected at the connecting point between the resistors 19, 20.
