Abstract:

To improve contact resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and antibacterial property and allow various colorings by providing a positive electrode oxidation coating layer for front and rear surfaces or one surface of a metallic cooking container, and electric field impregnation of a desired metal into this positive electrode oxidation coating layer is conducted.

A cooking container 1 is integrally constituted with a metallic body portion 2, a collar portion provided in a substantially intermediate part of the body portion 2, and a bottom portion, and the body portion above the collar portion is formed dually. Positive electrode oxidation coating layers 5 are provided on front and rear surfaces of such container 1, and metals 6 are conducted electric field impregnation into these positive electrode oxidation coating layers 5. As a method for providing the positive electrode oxidation coating layers 5 on the front and rear surfaces of the container 1, for example, by positive-electrode-oxidizing the container 1 in an electrolyte such as nitric acid or chromic acid aqueous solution base, the positive electrode oxidation coating layers 5 are formed on its front and rear surfaces. As a method for electric field impregnation of the metals 6 into the positive electrode oxidation coating layers 5 provided on the front and rear surfaces of the container 1, silver salt is used as metallic salt used in the electrolyte.
