Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to drain with laying a vegetable, etc., on a bowl, by integrally forming a slicer with a drain with a drain hole and engaging protruding stripes to engage with the opening edge of a bowl.
SOLUTION: This cooking device with drain 100 is equipped with a slice blade 11 at almost the center part of a cooking plate 10. Slices of a vegetable, etc., are formed by moving a vegetable, required to be sliced, against the slice blade 10 on the cooling board 10. On the other hand, an arc shaped drain 20 with a number of long drain holes 21 in the longitudinal direction is formed on a side of the cooking board 10. The drain 20 is arc shaped and not formed on the opposite side on the cooking board 10. On the back side face of the cooking board 10, a plurality of engaging protruding stripes are integrally formed to engage the cooking device 100 with the opening edge 41 of a circular bowl 40. Thus, slicing work can be performed laying a vegetable, etc., on the bowl 40, and rinsing water can be easily drained as a vegetable, etc., is laid on the bowl 40.
