Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking heater which makes the degree of heating of the objects heated almost even along with a higher productivity by carrying out the processing of heating a plurality of objects automatically in the conveyor system.
SOLUTION: The cooking heater 10 has a plurality of heat conductive hot plates 11 on which are placed the objects 12 to be heated, lower and upper heating lines 21 and 22 which heat the heat conductive hot plates 11 placed thereon from the bottom surface thereof being moved sequentially, a raising lift 23 for raising the heat conductive hot plates 11 onto the upper heating line 22 and a lowering lift 24 for lowering the heat conductive hot plates 11 down onto the lower heating line 21. The heat conductive hot plates 11 are circulated from the lower heating line 21 to the raising lift 23, the upper heating line 22 and the lowering lift 24. Furthermore, a heater 15 is provided above the upper heating line 22 and heats the objects 12 on the heat conductive hot plates 11 pressing them from above.
