Abstract:
PURPOSE: To avoid unbalanced ignition and abrupt combustion and also the reception interference of a radio, a television, and the like and to extend the durability life of red-hot ignition equipment in a high-voltage discharge ignition type cooking heating device.
CONSTITUTION: A gas ceramic cooking heating band is provided with a gas injection burner with a nozzle punching plate 2, a gas ceramic plate 3 that is arranged at the upper portion of the nozzle punching plate, red-hot ignition equipment 4, a gas supply device 5 with a solenoid valve 6, a control device 7 with a switching selection member 8, and a monitoring device 9 for monitoring the operation of the gas injection burner 1. The monitoring device 9 cooperates with an ionization region 10, the ionization region operates on ionization in a combustion gas that is brought about by a gas injection burner for combustion, the red-hot ignition equipment 4 is arranged at a circuit 11 for the red-hot ignition equipment, the circuit can be switched by the switching selection member 9, and a red-hot ignition equipment circuit 11 is broken by the monitoring device 9 when the ionization region 10 is operated.
