To provide a cooking pan that is a metallic double-handle pan having brims on both sides, can shut off thermal conduction from a pan body to handle portions without providing any resinous or wooden handle member and can also be easily used as a one-handle pan.

Air holes 4, 4 are provided at both sides in each of both brims 3, 3 formed integrally with a metallic pan body 1 at positions opposite to each other of an upper peripheral edge of the pan body 1, and a long hole 5 is provided between both air holes. Air holes 8, 8 are also provided at both ends of a handle 7 provided at an upper central portion of a metallic lid 6.
