Title:
COOKING STOVE BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3580987
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate distance between an outlet and a communication port and inhibiting reverse flow of exhaust gas so as to stabilize combustion state by providing a cylindrical body protruding downwards from a bottom end of an inner diameter part of a burner head in a burner cap having a central air path communicating with the inner diameter part of the burner head.
SOLUTION: A burner comprises a burner body 1 having a mixing pipe 10 and an annular burner head 11 and a burner cap 2 placed on the burner head 11. A cylindrical body 7 is provided in such a manner as to protrude downwards from a bottom end of an inner diameter part of the burner head 11 of the burner. By this construction, exhaust gas sucked into a central air path 25 of the burner cap 2 flows out of a bottom end of the cylindrical body 7 into 11 interior of a body of a cooking stove. Even if a clearance is formed between a bottom-end outer-peripheral part of the inner diameter part of the burner head 11 and a deflector 63a of a baffle plate 63 due to tolerances, exhaust gas is prevented from taking a shortcut to the clearance. The cylindrical body 7 is formed in a length reaching a mounting part 60 of a mounting bracket for a pan bottom temperature sensor 5.
