Title:
COOKING TOOL INTEGRALLY HAVING TEMPERATURE SENSOR WITHIN BOTTOM PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3416551
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly perform a temperature control of a cooking tool by extending a temperature sensor and an electric body connecting this temperature sensor with an electronic circuit between a wall constituting the bottom part of the cooking tool such as frying pan and a perforated plate fixed to this wall by cold press.
SOLUTION: A frying pan has a bottom part 1 and a side wall 2 which are made of aluminum discs or the like. Within the bottom part 1 of this frying pan, a temperature sensor 3 is integrated with the bottom part 1 and is fitted. This temperature sensor 3 is connected with an electronic circuit performing the processing of a parameter measured by the temperature sensor 3 and performing the display of the temperature via a conductive body 4. At this stage, the temperature sensor 3 and the conductive body 4 connecting this temperature sensor 3 with the electronic circuit are extended between a wall constituting the bottom part 1 of a cooking tool and a perforated plate 5 fixed to the wall by cold press, and the temperature sensor 3 is set near the center of the bottom part 1 of the cooking tool and on the external surface of the bottom part 1.
