PURPOSE: To produce a cool feeling by providing a mat having air discharge ports formed in a chair and a blast unit.

CONSTITUTION: In a chair body 6, a mat 7 is laid over a sea surface. Protrusion parts 8 and recessed parts 10 each having a number of air discharge ports 9 are formed in the mat 7. The surroundings of the protrusion parts 8 and the recessed parts 10 in the surface of the mat 7 and the back of the mat 7 are formed by non-breathable cloth 11, and the interior of them is a cavity. A blower unit 12 is coupled to a cavity through a blower unit duct 13 situated on the back of the chair 6. Air discharged in the cavity from the blower unit 12 through the duct 13 can produce a cooling effect by means of air discharged through a number of the air discharge ports 9 formed in the recessed parts 10 in the back of the mat 7.
