Title:
COOLER FOR MICROWAVE TUBE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5679839
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To both decrease the cost of a tube and increase its reliability, by equipping air flow rate detectors only to a cooling air outlet part at the final stage of a plurality of the microwave tubes connected in series.
CONSTITUTION: Cooling air, fed from a blower fan 1 to cool microwave tubes 4, 7, is blown out from a cooling air outlet 8 of the microwave tube at the final stage. Air flow rate detectors 30 are mounted to the cooling air outlet 8 at the final stage. Accordingly a required number of the air flow rate detectors to be equipped can be reduced to a minimum. And if the cooling air begins normally flowing out, a vane is moved to urge a lever 13 of a microswitch 14 and turn on a contact 15.
