PURPOSE: To protect a tire from the brake heat to prevent the puncture in a double tire of a vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: On the outer periphery of a ring-shaped spacer 4 inserted between an inner rim wheel 3a and an outer rim wheel 3b, a cooling. fan 10 is provided. In respective wings 11 of the cooling fan 10, the front face and the rear face are formed symmetrical to each other, and a side of the wing in the width direction is attached to the spacer 4 with a support pin 12 rotatably back and forth. On the spacer 4, a pair of front and rear stoppers 14f, 14r are provided to stop the wing 11 at a specified inclination angle α to the axial line of the spacer 4. When the tires are rotated by the travel of the vehicle forward or backward, the wing 11 is held at a position regulated with the stopper 14f or 14r by the wind pressure from the front side of rotation direction, and the cooling air is blown to an inner side tire 2a and the inner rim wheel 3a in which a brake is provided.
