Abstract:

To provide a cooling device having compact construction for reducing corrosion, and to provide a fuel cell system.

The cooling device 100 comprises a coil 300 formed to cover part of a cooling water flow path 200. The coil 300 is energized by a power source part 400 to generate a magnetic field therearound. The magnetic filed attracts oxygen in cooling water flowing in the cooling water flow path 200 to the inner wall of the cooling water flow path 200 to form a black rust film having self-protecting property.
