PURPOSE: To prevent fluctuation of a cooling level by connecting a radiator for heating with a cooler for a supercharger in parallel and keeping constant the parallel flow resistance of the radiator and its bypass passage.
CONSTITUTION: A radiator 5 for heating and a cooler 6 for a supercharger are connected in parallel to a common pipeline 7 of the water jacket 1 of an engine. A bypass passage 10 is provided at the radiator 5. A restriction 11 is provided in the bypass passage 10 and a parallel flow resistance of the radiator 5 and the bypass passage 10 is kept constant in spite of the operating condition of a valve 9. Hereby the quantity of cooling water supplied to the cooler 6 is kept almost invariable. Fluctuation of the cooling level can thus be prevented.
