To provide a sufficient refrigerating capacity even when an atmospheric temperature is high.
When the outlet temperature of a radiator 2 is increased, cool water stored in a heat accumulating means 10 is fed to an auxiliary radiator 7 installed between the radiator 2 and a depressurizing means 3 to supercool medium by the cool heat thereof so that the enthalpy of the refrigerant after a heat radiating process can be lowered. Thus, since a sufficient refrigerating capacity can be provided without increasing a delivery pressure, a cold storage operation can be performed when a cooling operation is not performed to accumulate cold in a cold storage means and, when the cooling operation is performed, cold can be fed to the auxiliary radiator 7 as necessary.
