To solve a problem that it is difficult to fundamentally cool air in a room by a conventional fan and high temperature air in the room can not be cooled in summer time without a forced cooling measure such as an airconditioner and that a function of the fan is not sufficiently utilized namely that the conventional fan has just a cooling effect by blowing air in a room to promote convection.
To solve a problem with a conventional fan cooling effect by Peltier tube having a Peltier element included inside of a fan rib support wheel body is transmitted to a fan rib (back surface) to cool surrounding air, and inside of the room is cooled by blowing the air. A thermal acoustic device by a hollow Peltier element is formed and arranged inside of a fan rib support wheel body, high temperature generated by the Peltier element is converted to sound wave vibration and is emitted to obtain same cooling effect. Consequently, comfortable inside room space can be materialized.
