Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling floor for a bar steel and a bar steel cooling method capable of coping with a round steel and a square steel, and coping with round steels of various sizes.SOLUTION: A cooling floor 1 for a bar steel comprises a rotary mechanism 2, a transportation mechanism 3, and a lifting mechanism 4. The rotary mechanism 2 has a rotation support part 21 capable of the round steel and the square steel to rotate the round steel supported by the rotation support part 21. The transportation mechanism 3 has a static support part 31 capable of supporting the round steel and the square steel without rotating them. The static support part 31 is movable relatively to the rotation support part 21 in a horizontal direction. The lifting mechanism 4 makes the rotation support part 21 and the static support part 31 lift up and down relatively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
