Abstract:
To provide a cooling machine for sintered ores capable of effectively performing the cooling of sintered ores over all layers without using water for cooling.SOLUTION: A cooling machine 1 for sintered ores relating to this invention laminates sintered ores 5 sintered by a sintering machine on a trough truck 3, and continuously cools the sintered ores 5 while moving the trough truck 3, and comprises: a lower cooling device 27 for performing lower charge cooling by ventilating from the lower part to the upper part into the layer of each sintered ore 5; and an upper cooling device 29 for performing upper charge cooling by discharging a cooling gas toward the upper side surface of each sintered ore 5. The upper cooling device 29 comprises: a hollow discharge part 34 provided with a discharge port 37 for the cooling gas and arranged at the upper part of the trough truck 3 in such a manner that the discharge port 37 and the upper side surface of each sintered ore 5 are confronted; and a cooling gas feed device 36 connected to the discharge part 34 via a duct 35 and feeding the cooling gas to the discharge part 34 under positive pressure via the duct 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
