Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the connecting strength of an insulation panel and mounting workability of a cooler by connecting the insulation panel to a fixture, laying out the fixture between sheet members which constitute the cooler and anchoring an engagement section of the cooler with a support section of the fixture.
CONSTITUTION: A support section 29 and a standing side 28 of a fixture 24 mounted to insulation panels 2 and 3 by lifting up a cooler, are arranging to correspond to spans between a central tube plate 31 and fins 34 where the cooler 19 is moved to the side of the insulation panels 2 and 3 so that the support section 29 and the standing side 28 may move inside the span. At the point when the support section 29 of the fixture 24 comes in front of a fixing side of the pipe plate 31, the cooler 19 is moved to the right side so that the support section 29 may be inserted into the lower part of the engagement section 38. Then, the cooler 19 is moved to the side of the insulation panels 2 and 3 so that the fixing side of the pipe plate 31 may come into contact with the front of the insulation panels 2 and 3. Since the engagement section 38 of the pipe plate 31 is engaged with he support section 29 of the fixture 24 under this condition, the cooler 19 is temporarily fixed with the front of the insulation panels and then firmly fixed with a screw 40.
