Abstract:
To provide a cooling storage capable of surely performing defrosting of an evaporator, while maintaining an inside temperature during a defrosting operation in a target temperature zone.SOLUTION: Defrosting of an evaporator 14 is performed based on a first defrosting mode executed every predetermined time and a second defrosting mode executed every time a door 2 is opened. In the first defrosting mode, a temperature maintaining operation is basically performed so as to maintain an inside temperature D in a preset target temperature zone, and in the temperature maintaining operation, a circulation fan 5 is rotated at a high speed every time a compressor 9 stops, and a defrosting operation is performed intermittently. During the defrosting operation, defrosting is performed step by step, by gradually increasing a first speed reduction preset temperature every time the execution frequency of the temperature maintaining operation and the defrosting operation increases, by gradually prolonging the time in which the circulation fan 5 is driven, and by increasing a heat exchange amount in the evaporator 14, and the inside temperature D exceeding an upper limit temperature of the target temperature zone is solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
