Title:
COOLING STRUCTURE OF REFUSE INCINERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003014217
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a cooling structure of a refuse incinerator which efficiently performs cooling of a furnace wall and can be readily set up.

The refuse incinerator 1 consists of a number of unit boxes 3, each being formed by metal plates, having required volume, and being provided with through holes 4, 6 on surfaces 3a, 3b for joining. The boxes 3 are sequentially and fixedly connected with each other to permit the through holes to communicate with each other, and are disposed along the outer surface of refractories that constitute the furnace wall 2 of the incinerator 1. Cooling fluid is allowed to enter from an inlet 8 of a unit box 3A at one end and flow through the through holes to an outlet 10 of a unit box 3B at the other end, during which period, the refractories of the wall 2 are cooled.
