Title:
COOLING WALL STRUCTURE OF STEAM-COOLED COMBUSTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3202636
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower NOx by brazing a thin plate having high temperature strength on a wall surface exposed to combustion gas and the groove arranging surface of one plate in which a plurality of cooling steam channel grooves is arranged, and communicating the end parts of respective channel grooves with a cooling steam supply manifold or a cooling steam recovering manifold.
SOLUTION: In a gas turbine combustor by which the wall surface of a combustor, which is exposed to high temperature combustion gas is cooled by steam, a plurality of cooling steam channel grooves 2 is arranged in one plate surface 1, and a thin plate 3 having high temperature strength is brazed on a surface in which the channel grooves 2 are arranged. Then, both end parts of the channel grooves 2 are so arranged that one is communicated with a cooling steam supply manifold 4 and the other is communicated with a cooling steam recovering manifold 5. The plate surface 1 and the thin plate 3 forming this cooling wall structure are not especially restricted, however Hastelloy X and Tomylloy (registered trademarks) which are excellent in high temperature strength are preferably employed, and the thickness of the plate surface 1 is set to 0.3-5.0mm and the thickness of the thin plate 3 is set to 0.8-1.6mm.
