Insulating coating is operated to the surfaces of conductors 23x and 23y so that even when the vertically and horizontally installed conductors 23x and 23 are brought into contact with each other where those conductors are crossed, the conduction of currents can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to cross the conductors 23x and 23y by bringing them into contact with each other, and to easily operate a sewing work by a sewing machine. Therefore, the vertical conductors 23x is skipped where the conductor 23x is crossed with the horizontally sewed conductor 23y without being sewed only by prescribed amounts. Therefore, at the time of sewing the vertical conductor 23x, it is possible to prevent the already sewed horizontal conductor 23y from being cut by a sewing machine needle, or to prevent the insulating performance from being deteriorated due to the damage of the insulating coating of the conductor 23y.
