Abstract:
To provide a copolymer which is excellent in transparency and mechanical strength and exhibits less generation of a gelled product, a resin composition containing the copolymer, and a method for producing a copolymer.SOLUTION: The copolymer comprises: a polymer chain (A) which has a polymer block (a1) having a unit derived from a diene and/or an olefin, and a polymer block (a2) having a unit derived from an aromatic vinyl monomer; and a polymer chain (B) having a unit derived from a (meth)acrylic monomer. The copolymer is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing a (meth)acrylic monomer in the presence of a copolymer (P1) having the polymer block (a1) and the polymer block (a2). The copolymer (P1) has an olefinic double bond content of 0.030 mmol/g or more and 2.3 mmol/g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
