This copyrighted work management and operation system is provided with: a contents preparation means for preparing contents data by converting a copyrighted work into predetermined digital data based on registration information for disclosing the copyrighted matter; a contents storage and management means for storing/managing the contents data prepared by the contents preparation means; a contents disclosing means for disclosing the contents data prepared by the contents data preparation means at a Web site; an access information transfer means for, when access from first information equipment is performed to the contents data disclosed by the contents disclosing means, transferring the access information to second information equipment registered according to the contents data; and a contents control means for receiving the control information of the contents data from the second information equipment and controlling the contents data based on the control information.
