Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the frequency utilization efficiency, in a cord division multiple access cellular mobile communication system which uses a spectrum diffusion transmission system.

CONSTITUTION: A spectrum diffusion modulated wave to be used is a spectrum diffusion modulated wave being narrower than system band width allocated to a system. A cell 1 is divided into center areas A, B being near a base station and a peripheral area C being near an adjacent cell 2. and a carrier frequency is selected so that an overlap of the spectrum diffusion modulated wave used in this center area and the spectrum diffusion modulated wave used in the peripheral area becomes small. Also, with regard to the carrier frequency, priority is determined in advance so that the overlap to the spectrum diffusion modulated wave becomes small, by selecting that of higher priority.
