To provide a core conductor delivery device with a dancer roller, capable of arbitrary controlling the delivery tension of a core conductor without replacing a dancer pulley on the moving side of the dancer roller.

This core conductor delivery device with the dancer roller is formed out of a core conductor delivery apparatus capable of supporting a delivery core conductor bobbin and delivering the core conductor from the delivery core conductor bobbin and the dancer roller having an anti-slack function and a tension control function for the core conductor delivered from the core conductor delivery apparatus. The dancer roller is provided with an upper- part fixing dancer pulley capable of guiding the core conductor delivered from the core conductor delivery apparatus and a slanting dancer pulley capable of dancing the core conductor guided by the upper-part fixing dancer pulley vertically in the slanting direction.
