Abstract:
To provide a core part producing method and a core part producing device in which, when resins are poured into a space part of a core body, a resin having the highest solidification speed is disposed near a mold so as to be solidified first so that a state where the filled resin is not adversely affected can be obtained early even if the mold and the core body are separated from each other, and a time period during which the core body is kept between molds can be shortened.SOLUTION: In a pouring step for pouring resins into a space part of a core body 11 that is positioned between molds, one resin having a high solidification speed is poured to be interposed between each of the molds and another resin that is positioned in the space part, and then, the one resin is solidified while a resin having a low solidification speed is not in contact with the molds. Accordingly, even if the molds and the core body 11 are separated from each other after the one resin is solidified, the separation from the molds does not cause any problem to the solidified resin. The core body 11 can be released and taken out from the molds. Even if the other resin has not been solidified, the core body 11 still can be taken out from the molds without adversely affecting the filling state of the other resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
