PURPOSE: To provide a core material for a curved surface honeycomb panel, the curved surface honeycomb panel, and their manufacture wherein poor joining at an overlap part between the core and the core is difficult to be generated, and poor joining between the core and a feceplate is difficult to be generated.
CONSTITUTION: A core material has a projected face 12 and a recessed face 13 wherein a strip material is folded at parallel lines normal to its longitudinal direction to be sectioned, and an interface 14 between the face 12 and 13. The projected face 12 and the recessed face 13 are folded into a cell with a triangular folding line 17 on one fringe side of the strip material, and a triangular pyramid like projection 18, is formed. Then, for the core material its length direction is paralleled with a peripheral direction of each feceplate between an outside faceplate and an inside faceplate, which are bent in one direction, and a plurality of core materials are arranged in an axial direction of each faceplate. The projected face and the recessed face of an adjacent core material are arranged by being connected to each other.
