Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the core member of an iron core capable of facilitating working connecting and removing each core member for carrying and contriving the improvement of productivity.
SOLUTION: Core piece connection members are formed by arranging a plurality of plate-like core pieces 11 in the form of a band, successively laminated so that adjacent edge parts in the laminating direction of each core piece 11 are overlapped, in the core member 14 of the iron core providing recess and projection parts 11a, 11b rotatably connecting them on the edge parts of the overlapped core piece 11, one end side leaves at least one core piece 11 respectively of both the ends of the lamination direction, the overlapped part of the other remaining core piece is removed, the other end side leaves the core piece 11 corresponding to the core piece 11 removing the overlapped part of one end side, and the overlapped part of the other remaining core piece of both the ends of the lamination direction is removed.
