Abstract:
To inhibit a core from being damaged by an impulsive load caused when a tire gets over unevenness during run flat driving.SOLUTION: A core 30 for run flat driving has a spiral shape, is attached to a rim 20 with a tire 10, and may support a load applied to the tire 10 from a vehicle during run flat driving. Outer peripheral surfaces of portions which contact with an inner peripheral surface of the tire 10 during run flat driving are covered with buffer members 32, 33. A tire, core, rim assembly 1 uses the core 30 for run flat driving.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
